My boyfriend and I came to Venice for my 50th birthday. As part of its commemoration, I wanted professional photos - I am SO glad we chose Luca. He was prompt, flexible, friendly, communicative (uses Whats App) and gave service well beyond what I feel was expected. His knowledge of the city allowed us to snag pictures all over the island. I was worried about dealing with crowds in pictures, but he navigated around the small alleyways, capturing awesome moments with fabulous background. Some of his candid pictures are the absolute best!

He not only accommodated the request for an outfit change, he timeboxed us so that we finished with the sunset, as planned. He topped off his exceptional service with sending a sampling of pics to review within 24 hours.

As a part of a surprise proposal that I had planned for my husband, I decided to get a photo session in Venice. I came across Luca's site on google and loved the photos. I immediately wrote to him and on short notice, Luca agreed to work with us. He responded to all my queries promptly. We loved the offbeat, quiet places that he took us to - we ended up seeing a completely different side of Venice. And the end result - the processed photos were absolutely stunning. One of the best decisions I could have made during the entire surprise proposal planning process was booking Luca. Not only did our pictures turn out beautifully, but he was incredibly easy to work with from beginning to end. From communicating through emails, assisting with the planning and giving ideas. Luca is fabulous! My fiancé was planning a surprise proposal in Venice and reached out to Luca to see if he would be available to capture our special moment. I was so surprised that I didn't even realize we were being photographed until after my fiancé proposed and told me Luca was there. Prior to the proposal, he assisted my fiancé with selecting the perfect spot to propose (both time and location). He spent over 3 hours with us after the proposal walking around Venice taking beautiful photos. We enjoyed venturing away from the touristy parts of Venice and Luca had great ideas and suggestions for us the entire time. Myself and my husband David got married on our ten year anniversary, just the two of us, in Venice, Italy.

It was really important for us to have some memories of our special day, we are both very creative and love photography.
We came back to the UK and shared the images with all our friends and family at our wedding party; this was an amazing experience and was very emotional.
We found Luca, from day one, to be excellent, he was prompt in replying to all emails and we felt confident in his abilities to deliver a great package for us.
We had three hours of photographs in the day time which covered the ceremony, gondola ride and wandering the streets of Venice. We then decided to book him for another hour in the early evening for more photographs with a slightly more relaxed feel.
I am so glad we chose to do both options as it gave an extra dimension to the whole package. Luca was very prompt on the wedding day for both meetings.
Luca made us both feel at ease; he has a very calm relaxed manner; this is particularly great when weddings can be stressful times. He gave us ideas but also let us put our own spin on things, he took us to lots of really beautiful places for the photographs and had lots of different ideas to create amazing photos.
We felt very calm with him and found the experience enjoyable rather than stressful; this really shows in the photographs.

Luca sent the photos to us promptly, as we were slightly pushed for time because of our wedding party. When we received them we couldn’t have been more pleased, there were so many amazing photographs and it was so hard to choose a select few.
